1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to HiTV – Endless Movies & Shows (“HiTV”, “we”, “our”, or the “App”). By downloading, registering, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the App immediately.
2. Service Description
HiTV – Endless Movies & Shows provides a digital entertainment platform that allows users to access and enjoy audiovisual content, including movies, TV shows, and documentary content made available through licensed sources or content partners; partner-provided and user-submitted content (where applicable and permitted); and content discovery and viewing features based on user preferences and app usage. Content availability may vary by region and is subject to change.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 General Obligations. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date registration information; maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials; and use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
3.2 Prohibited Conduct. You must not copy, record, redistribute, modify, or publicly display content without proper authorization; attempt to bypass security mechanisms, DRM protections, or access restrictions; or upload, share, or distribute illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content, including content involving hate, violence, illegal activities, or content that infringes intellectual property or third-party rights.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership. All content and materials available within the App, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and interface designs, are owned by HiTV or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
4.2 User-Generated Content. If you submit or upload content to the App (where such functionality is available), you grant HiTV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. All user-submitted content must comply with applicable laws and our content guidelines.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations
While we aim to provide a stable and reliable service, HiTV does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation; availability of specific content at all times; or availability of the App in all regions due to licensing or regulatory limitations. Third-party links or services accessed through the App are used at your own discretion.
6. Privacy
Your personal data, including device information and usage data, is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy to operate and improve App functionality and enhance user experience and service performance. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
7. Account Termination and Changes
7.1 Suspension or Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement, our policies, or applicable laws, with or without prior notice where permitted by law.
7.2 Changes to This Agreement. We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
